例えば周りの社員に「これどう思う？」と言ったら、
いろんな人がいろいろ意見を言うのですよね。
だけどその意見を全部取り入れたらいい製品になるかというと
決してそうではなくて、担当している人がずっと考えて作って、
これがベストだというものを作る方がいいものになると。
だからそこを邪魔させないと。
